My participation in the Innoverse Economics Competition provided an invaluable opportunity to acquire practical knowledge and gain real-world exposure to how an economy functions. In preparation for the competition, I was introduced to core fundamental concepts such as the Law of Supply and Demand, opportunity cost, marginal revenue, the GDP calculation formula, and the intricate mechanisms through which these elements integrate to form a complete economic system.

The study sessions and group discussions significantly broadened my perspective. Through my tutor's guidance on areas needing refinement and deeper engagement, I realized that economics transcends mere abstract figures; rather, it is fundamentally about human decision-making in a world of scarcity. I increasingly recognized that principles like supply and demand are not confined to textbooks but profoundly influence daily life, ranging from fluctuations in food prices to the strategic adjustments made by corporations to their products.

The Innoverse experience provided clarity regarding my future professional aspirations. I discovered a genuine intellectual curiosity in tracing the causality and discerning the underlying logic that governs economic operations. The competition was not only a platform for intellectual growth but also served as a crucial stepping stone in solidifying my passion for the field of economics, thereby motivating me to pursue and excel in this discipline subsequently.
