Holding Plant

Souloop Project

The Souloop Project was initiated to spread out the concept of psychological healing via plants therapy. Besides, the workshop to create sustainable paper also deliver the environmental reservation awareness to children at different orphanages

Within the Souloop Project, I served as the Project Organizer, undertaking diverse responsibilities. These included facilitating engaging recreational activities for children at the Tan Binh and Be Tho shelters, assisting the founder in instructing the process of creating 'seed paper' (sprouting paper), and acting as the Master of Ceremonies (MC) and activity coordinator.

My initial engagement was driven by personal curiosity: 'How can discarded paper transform into a medium for plant germination?' I was subsequently fascinated to learn that by simply repurposing used paper, blending it with water, integrating seeds, sieving the mixture to form sheets, drying them, and finally burying them, new life could be successfully propagated from seemingly inert material.

Concluding the program, I recognized that the Souloop Project was more than a simple environmental endeavor; it represented a journey of seeding sowing greenery into the earth, instilling knowledge in the children, and implanting meaningful lessons in every participant.

Crucially, I learned that positive change invariably begins with small actions: a recycled sheet of paper, a structured recreational game, a word of encouragement, all can contribute to building a greener, more compassionate, and sustainable society.

Hope is the greatest seed we can sow
